Known for his sharp planning skills and focus on results, he’s passionate about building strong teams and driving growth. Under his leadership, Last Lawns Plus is on a mission to become Scotland’s leading name in landscaping and outdoor living, delivering quality, innovation, and an outstanding customer experience at every stage.

Scott is the heart and soul of everything landscaping at Last Lawns Plus. With years of hands-on experience and a deep passion for outdoor design, he’s the go-to expert for lawns, patios, planting, decking, fencing – and everything in between. If it can grow or be built in a garden, Scott knows how to do it (and do it brilliantly). Known for his attention to detail and creative flair, he works closely with clients and our design team to bring each outdoor space to life. From residential retreats to large-scale commercial projects, Scott ensures quality and craftsmanship come first – every single time.

Fraser’s journey started as an apprentice joiner, where he made his mark early – winning Apprentice of the Year.

Fraser’s journey started as an apprentice joiner, where he made his mark early – winning Apprentice of the Year three years running and becoming a UK finalist out of 11,000 candidates in his fourth year. After running his own successful joinery business, he pivoted to landscaping during Covid and hasn’t looked back since. Now Sales Manager at Last Lawns Plus, Fraser works closely with customers to develop creative garden ideas, combining his hands-on knowledge with the latest 3D rendering software to bring designs to life. With a sharp eye for detail and a passion for outdoor spaces, he helps clients turn ideas into reality.
Jean
As our Sales Co-ordinator, she makes sure everything runs smoothly from the first enquiry to the final follow-up.

Jean is the glue that holds the sales team together. As our Sales Co-ordinator, she makes sure everything runs smoothly from the first enquiry to the final follow-up. Whether it’s scheduling site visits, organising paperwork, answering calls and emails, or keeping customers updated, Jean’s the one making it all happen behind the scenes. With her friendly approach and razor-sharp organisation skills, she keeps the team focused and the process stress-free for our clients. Chances are, Jean will be the first voice you hear when you contact us—and the one who keeps everything (and everyone) on track.

Now leading as Office Manager, she oversees HSE, HR, office organisation, and is becoming our go-to expert in CRM and field service management software. With over eight years’ experience across public and private sectors, she’s skilled at spotting gaps, improving systems, and implementing smart solutions that help the whole team thrive. Practical, organised, and always thinking ahead, Caitlan plays a key role in keeping the business running smoothly behind the scenes.

As our Warehouse Manager, he’s responsible for organising stock, coordinating deliveries and making sure the right materials get to the right place at the right time. With a sharp eye for detail and a no-fuss attitude, he ensures our projects stay on track and fully supplied. Whether it’s loading vans, tracking inventory, or solving last-minute logistical challenges, Paul is calm under pressure and always one step ahead. He’s a vital link between the warehouse, site teams, and office – keeping it all running like clockwork.

She’s a key part of the engine room at Last Lawns Plus, always ready to help and keep things moving.
